Joy must be on the list! Maybe that equates to your aliveness.

Absolutely JOY! I think my version of "aliveness" is shorthand for something like "active presence and joy in living"... but I'll take Joy as an equally excellent stand-alone principle any day! Thanks for commenting Donna!

And I have an 8th criterium;

Whether it's online or offline.

I have been too quick to go for things that amp up my screen time.

Not seeing both how taxing it is, as well as that it takes me away from real connection offline, or offline connection to my work.

Yes! Offline is so important! I think the way I'm holding "aliveness" is 100% fueled by time off screen/off line...in nature, with embodied people, with tactile and sensory experiences... but you are completely right that for most of us that requires a concerted effort to move our sources of connection and nourishment offline.

I love your letters so much Sara!

I am definitely holding on to these criterea.

I took the liberty of trying to make an abbreviation. But once I saw we could make the word star, I was unable to consider other options😊

So it is:

I DE STAR

😬

I have the abbreviation Sara!

If I include being Offline as the 8th criterion, and make it Money instead of Income, then the abbreviation is;

STAR MODE

🤩

(Sovereignty, Time, Aliveness, Responsibility - Money, Offline, Devotion, Energy)
